Welcome to Your BWCA!

Blue Water Community Action (BWCA) is just one of 30 community action agencies in the State of Michigan, and one of 1,100 nationwide.  Community Action Agencies are non-profit, private and public organizations established under the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964 to fight America's War on Poverty.  BWCA has a 50-year history of successfully providing a variety of programs that assist low-income individuals, seniors and families to become economically self-sufficient.  These programs have focused on early childhood education, health and nutrition, new home construction, home repairs, financial counseling and emergency assistance services.

Blue Water Community Action Needs Your Help!

We are in the process of completing a Community Needs Assessment to help with future planning and your input is an important part of getting the best possible picture of our community. Please go to the link below to complete our survey. It will take about 15 minutes of your time. The last part of it will help the Health Department Community Needs Assessment as well.

Please share this far and wide with your co-workers, employees, friends and family. The more the better. Thank you in advance for your help.
